Import.io comparisons.Find the right fit.

34 comparisons across AI web data APIs, scraping APIs, no-code tools, managed services and pricing intelligence. Most providers now sell more than one thing: a tool, an API, a managed service. So do we. Each page puts Import.io next to the alternative route by route, using the providers’ own published sources, checked on 25 September 2026.

Published by Import.io. We have a commercial interest in these pages. That is why every material claim links to a primary source and why cells we could not verify say so.

What Import.io brings to every comparison.

Compare the Import.io product and operating model that match your requirements. Features and commitments depend on the selected route.

01

Four routes on one engine

Self-service platform, API and MCP for AI agents, fully managed delivery, and the Aperture pricing application all run on the same capture layer. Moving a source between routes is scoped with your account team; the extraction engine underneath stays the same.

02

Managed starts with a contract for the data

Every managed engagement begins with a written schema contract and acceptance tests you sign off. Deliveries are QA-gated against that contract before they reach you.

03

Built in commerce data

Product matching by GTIN and model first, then attributes and image with a confidence score; store- and zip-level context; MAP evidence. Three leading commerce-intelligence platforms buy their web capture from Import.io.

04

Fourteen years in production

In production since 2012. More than 500 billion data points processed a month (Import.io platform metering), 450 million queries a year on a single managed feed, and 72 sources under one SLA for one customer.

How we compare.

Like for like. Self-service with self-service, managed with managed, agent APIs with agent APIs, pricing applications with Aperture. Where a page compares different operating models, it says so beside the table.

Primary sources. Every material cell comes from the provider’s own product pages, documentation or pricing, linked with the date we checked it. A product page shows what a provider advertises; it does not prove achieved performance.

No blank “No”. When we could not verify something, the cell says “not verified” or “confirm”. That is a question for the provider, not a claim that the capability is missing.

Kept current. The source check recorded for this edition is 25 September 2026. Confirm current plans and terms with each provider before buying. Found something out of date? Tell us and we will correct it.

  1. Which exact product, plan or service is in this proposal, and what does it include?
  2. Who builds each source, and who approves its schema?
  3. When a site changes, who detects it, who repairs it, and in what time?
  4. Which quality checks run before data reaches us, and what happens to a failed delivery?
  5. Which SLA metrics are committed — availability, completeness, accuracy, freshness, response — and what are the exclusions and remedies?
  6. What is the billable unit, the allowance, the overage rate and the commitment term?
  7. What internal work do we still own: configuration, acceptance, integration, oversight?
  8. How does moving a source between self-service and managed work under this agreement?

The fairest test is your own sources.
